Today, GetUp members across the country are contacting Labor party leaders to ask for strong climate leadership.
As senior party strategists meet to address climate policy, let's send them a message that we support a plan that includes charging big polluters for their climate pollution. Can you contact Penny Wong, our Minister for Climate Change and a key decision maker? Click here for more info.
The election has been called, leaving Australians until 8pm tonight to enrol to vote and 8pm on Thursday to update their details.
An incredible 50% of 18 year olds aren't enrolled and even more are yet to update their enrolment. Can you spread the word to make sure that everyone can have their say this election? Click here to go Australian Electoral Commission Website and check your details.

With only 3 days to go, GetUp are busy preparing for Copenhagen.
We will be on the ground at the conference, making sure our politicians demand strong action on climate change. Sign up here to become a 'climate cop' and we'll send you exclusive updates on the talks that will decide the global response to climate change.
We are also sending a group of impressive Pacific Islanders to Copenhagen. Unfortunately, the nations most affected by climate change can't afford to send large delegations to argue for their country's survival. Can you chip in to ensure their voices are heard?
