Turnbull approves mill**

GetUp believes that the proposed Gunns pulp mill in the Tamar Valley represents a major threat to Tasmania’s environment and economy.

No Pulp Mill

Friday, 1 May 2009

Thanks to overwhelming support the No Pulp Mill ad ran in yesterday's edition of the European Financial Times and has been receiving national media.

With our $120,000 target reached we can now extend the ad's run into Asia, reaching more potential investors.

But we need to keep it going - this ad works as banks are worried about people seeing their logo on it. The more we raise the more people we can show this ad to - chip in now to help stop the pulp mill by getting it shown in The Australian.
