Even worse than matching the Government's unacceptably low 5% by 2020 emissions cut, he wants to force us to pay for it--while the big polluters go on with business-as-usual. To spark Australia's clean energy revolution, we need to make polluters pay, not pretend the problem is "absolute crap", as Tony says.
