Billions for a billionaire
Multinational mining company Adani have been unsuccessfully trying to secure finance for their coal mine for years.
Now, Prime Minister Turnbull and Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk are considering making the Australian public foot the billion dollar bill for Adani's rail line to their destructive coal mine. This is despite election promises from both of them that there would be no public funds for Adani.1
On top of that Adani are facing massive fraud charges. They are accused of siphoning hundreds of millions of dollars of borrowed money into offshore tax havens. Ripping off everyday Indians and pushing up power prices in the process.2
Giving a billion dollars to Adani would be an act of fiscal irresponsibility unprecedented in Australia's history.

KEEP YOUR PROMISE! DON’T GIVE ADANI $1 BILLION IN PUBLIC MONEY
Prime Minister Turnbull and Queensland Premier Palaszczuk,
During the election you said there would be no public funding for Adani. Adani's Reef-killing coal mine is not public infrastructure. Don’t waste public money on it.
