Australian National University did the brave thing—the right thing. They divested from 7 environmentally irresponsible coal seam gas (CSG) companies.

Now they're under attack, and if we let that attack be the last word, then ANU could buckle under the pressure.

Divestment by major institutions like ANU is a powerful tool to inhibit CSG companies from continuing their environmentally destructive projects, like the poisoning of a groundwater aquifier in NSW's Pilliga Forest by Santos.
