We have to break the politics to StopAdani

Gautam Adani is now rich enough to fund the Carmichael mine himself.
That's right, we're as surprised as you are. We thought Adani was in financial strife. We were wrong.
In the last few years, fuelled by a soaring stock exchange and a snug relationship with the Indian Prime Minister, Gautam Adani's personal wealth has skyrocketed. He's now worth $US15 billion.
Terrifying new expert analysis shows this means he now has enough personal wealth to fund Adani -- without help from banks.
It's bad news. But combined with Turnbull's new secret plan to fund Adani via the backdoor, it's terrifying.
In case you missed it, last week we found out the Turnbull Government had worked out a new way to siphon money to fund Adani's mine. Instead of funding Adani direct, they would use Government finance body EFIC to give funds to Adani's contractors, funding the mine by stealth.2
It's exactly the sort of deal that would tempt Adani into funding the rest of the mine himself.
Now, the only way we can make sure the Carmichael coal mine doesn't happen is to break the politics. We need our politicians step in and commit to StopAdani.
There are no more excuses. Can you tell your MP right now to stand up and actually commit to stopping Adani?
