How do I buy GreenPower?
To get GreenPower at a 16% discount in NSW, or 30% discount in Victoria:- Log in to your Powershop account.
- Click on 'Shop'
- Click on the 'GetUp Green Online Saver' icon and select 'Add' for the units you want to purchase (e.g. 30, 150 or 300). If you look at your bill, you can see how many units you owe, and then you can buy that amount of GreenPower units to pay your bill. For example, if your bill is 100 units, to buy 100% GreenPower you just select 100 units when buying power

That's because when you purchase GreenPower, it compels your retailer to purchase more renewable energy certificates (RECs) on your behalf from renewable energy generators, effectively driving more renewable energy into the grid.
