Morrison: Denounce neo-Nazis now
Two far-right extremists in South Australia have just been arrested for possession of hand-made explosive devices and dangerous weapons.1
This follows on from a horrifying exposé from the ABC that revealed neo-Nazis are recruiting people in Australia with access to firearms who have a "commitment to racial purity". They have even targeted high school students.2
ASIO confirmed that 40% of their counter-terrorism cases focus on far-right extremism, yet the Morrison Government is still refusing to take a strong public stance against this growing threat.3
As right-wing extremism spreads, so too does racist, misogynistic, and queer-phobic vitriol and covid conspiracy theories. We need strong leadership to keep our communities safe.
Can you call on Prime Minister Scott Morrison to publicly denounce these dangerous groups in Australia?

We call on you to immediately denounce dangerous neo-Nazi groups in Australia.
It’s clear that far-right extremists are a serious threat and action must be taken sooner rather than later.
